As your project manager, I will:
- assess the scope, needs and risks of your project
- create a detailed and realistic schedule
- set up processes to ensure progress is documented regularly
- manage the project budget effectively
- communicate clearly with all parties to keep everything on track.
I love a good Gantt chart, enjoy planning workflows and considering dependencies, and am happy to use whichever project management software you prefer.
I’m a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and the Editorial Freelancers Association (EfA). I’ve completed the Publishing Training Centre’s Editorial Project Management course (and other industry standard training) and have 25 years’ hands-on experience.
